Legends Home & Business Locksmith is a mobile locksmith service for homes and businesses around Frankston, Victoria. We are a service-area business and publish no street address.

Your name, a contact number, an email address if you give one, the address where the work is to be done, a description of the job, and notes we make while quoting or doing it.
For some jobs we also need to be satisfied that you are entitled to have the work done, for example that you live at the property or manage the business premises. We may ask you to show something that supports that, and we note that the check was made.
To quote your job, schedule it, carry it out, invoice it, and answer you if you contact us about the same job later. We also keep the records that normally go with trade work.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing you did not ask for.
Only people and services we need in order to do the job and run the business, such as a payment provider, an accountant or an email and phone service. We disclose information to police or a regulator only where the law requires it.
A record that a particular property has a particular lock or a safe is sensitive, even where the law does not classify it that way. We treat it that way and do not discuss one customer's security arrangements with another.
The site loads fonts and icons from third-party providers (Google Fonts and cdnjs), which may record your device's address when your browser fetches them. The contact and areas pages link out to Google Maps; nothing from Google is loaded unless you click. The site does not use advertising cookies. The callback and contact forms are not connected to a message service yet, so please call if the matter is urgent.
We keep information only as long as we need it for the reasons above or the law requires, and take reasonable steps to protect it from loss and misuse.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
